At CodeDough, we ensure transparent and timely delivery of all digital products and services.

1. Custom Web Services (Business)

Timelines for custom enterprise solutions, websites, and SaaS products are determined during the initial consultation. Standard project turnaround ranges from 2 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. A detailed milestone schedule is provided in the project agreement.

2. Student Project Lab

Ready-Made Projects: Source code, documentation, and setup instructions are delivered digitally via email or direct download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Custom Built Student Projects: Turnaround time is typically 1 week. We provide weekly updates and require final review before hand-off.

3. Digital Store Purchases

Templates, boilerplates, and PPTs purchased from our Digital Store are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email.

4. Revisions & Support

We offer a complimentary support period (usually 30 days post-launch) for bug fixes on custom projects. For digital downloads, we provide installation support via our WhatsApp line.
